Our facilities across the world

Rzeszów

Located at Sędziszów Małopolski since 2003, this site – formerly Creuzet Aeronautique and Creuzet Polska – joined the LISI Group in 2011. Due to its dynamic development, the plant was transferred to new facilities in Rzeszów in 2018. It produces aircraft engine blades and specializes in titanium engine parts.

At our plant in Rzeszów, we apply high standards of health, safety and environmental protection. The pillars of our policy are: innovation, technology and quality. They ensure the satisfaction of our customers, without whom our continuous development would not be possible. We are constantly taking on new challenges to secure our market position, especially in terms of competitiveness and adherence to deadlines.

Automation and line qualification in Rzeszów

Our strategy is to continuously improve our manufacturing methods, the qualification of our employees and the development of our machinery. In 2019, our factory took a big step forward thanks to robotization. For example, all manual blade polishing operations are carried out by robots. We are now looking forward to further automation projects in Rzeszów.

Qualified NADCAP, the automatically controlled surface treatment and control lines are each equipped with robots that transfer the parts. They are used for degreasing, anodizing and dissolving titanium and steel parts.
