Quality
The quality professions guarantee the conformity of parts in compliance with the standards and norms in force. Among the main professions are the quality manager, the measurement technician and the control operator.
Main tasks of a Quality Manager
- You guarantee the conformity of products to customer requirements by managing corrective and preventive actions.
- You are the representative of the Quality Management System.
- You manage a team of engineers and/or quality technicians.
- You ensure the effectiveness of specific control procedures at all stages of product realization.
Main tasks of a Quality Technician
- You process and analyze non-conformities of products.
- You establish internal inspection plans.
- You take part in quality audits.
- You carry out inspection operations in accordance with the provisions of the quality system.
Main tasks of a Quality Controller
- You perform the inspections specified in the quality system of the routing.
- You check that all planned steps in the routing have been carried out and recorded.
- You carry out a count of the parts that conform and the parts that are found to be non-conforming.
- You inform the quality technician about the decisions and processing of the parts.
