Since January 2018, the LISI Group’s holding company has had its head office in Grandvillars in the Territoire de Belfort, the company’s historical home. The site employs around twenty employees from the company’s general management and support functions: finance, human resources, communication, HSE, industrial performance, internal audit and legal affairs.
The town of Grandvillars is home to the headquarters of the LISI Group and the LISI AUTOMOTIVE division, as well as a material preparation plant (steel wire). LISI has almost 1000 employees in Franche-Comté, spread over 5 cities: Grandvillars, Delle, Dasle, Lure and Mélisey.
The opening of a branch of the LISI Knowledge Institute corporate university common to the group’s three divisions is planned on the Grandvillars site from 2021. This training center will become a key step in the integration process for new employees.
