APU Manager

LISI has human values and offers major technical challenges right out of school.

Following my internship in eastern France, I joined the Villefranche-de-Rouergue team as a Surface Treatment Engineer. My engineering training at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Mulhouse and the Master’s degree in materials and surface functionalization were adapted to this very technical position.

I joined a group focused on the human being and listening. I had the opportunity to work on very important projects worth several million Euros. My hierarchy trusted me and quickly gave me responsibilities. Indeed, I was able to evolve quickly in 3 years: Surface Treatment Engineer for 1 year, then Supervisor and now APU Manager with 70 people in management.

What I like about my job: production, contact with the products, management. My role is to get the best out of each person. I like being “in contact with things” so production suits me well.

LISI has human values by being close to its employees and offers major technical challenges right out of school. There is no such thing as routine! Every day we have something new.

I’m delighted with my 3 years; I’ve found motivated people who always want to move forward.
