Quality Manager
“I’m Jack. I’m 26 years old. I joined LISI AUTOMOTIVE in 2017 after graduating in mechanical engineering in France and a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Siegen in Germany.
I first worked as a Quality Engineer for almost 2 years at the LISI AUTOMOTIVE plant in Delle, France.
This position was very interesting because I was in charge of handling customer complaints, in particular Renault and our German customers, but also of improving the plant’s quality system. Eight months ago, I was able to move to the position of Quality Manager at the Vöhrenbach site in Germany.
What I like about my job is the fact that quality is involved in almost every area: we participate in a continuous improvement process in a large part of the company’s operations. I also appreciate the contact with customers and the mobility. In addition, managing a team of several people is very rewarding.
I am very satisfied with my experience at LISI. It’s a company that has great ambitions and gives itself the means to achieve them. The atmosphere is very pleasant, very friendly with the teams. There is a pleasant closeness with the central functions, which are there to help us with a well-established organization and a good understanding.
