Our facilities across the world

Kierspe

The Kierspe plant began producing high quality screws as early as 1939. In 2005, the company joined the LISI Group and was renamed LISI AUTOMOTIVE Knipping Verbindungstechnik GmbH. More than 300 employees produce custom-made screws for renowned car manufacturers such as BMW, Daimler and Volkswagen.

High complexity of cold-forged parts

Our plant in Kierspe is equipped with many double stroke machines (one die – two strokes). One of our main advantages is to manufacture products with a very high deformation factor on these machines. This gives our factory in Kierspe a competitive advantage in terms of price and logistics.

Prepared for the future through connected production

Kierspe is the first plant of the LISI Group capable of manufacturing products in one pass, from the wire to the heat-treated part. No more need for transport between the two, which reduces the lead time of the main manufacturing steps. A new line was installed in October 2019 .
